How is your jewelry shipped?
Each piece of jewelry is placed inside a small, zipped bag and then packaged in a jewelry box, which is wrapped with colorful string - perfect and ready for gift-giving. The order is then packaged inside a bubble-padded mailer, which protects jewelry during transit.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the item has not shipped yet, just contact me and I will cancel the order for you. However, if the piece is personalized (for example a ring which is sized for you, etc.) and production on it has begun, unfortunately, cancelation would be too late by then. Please take this into consideration prior to placing an order on a personalized item.
Do you accept custom work?
Depending on the request, I may be able to tweak one of my designs but, for the most part, I like to stay true to my style. :)
Is it possible for you to change the item value in the custom form for your international buyers?
As much as I love my international customers (you are 30% of my sales - thank you!), unfortunately, I am unable to fulfill that request. The accuracy of this information is enforced by your country and there it nothing that we, foreign sellers, can do about that. It is illegal to provide fictitious information on a government form so, please, I, kindly, ask that you not put me in the position to deny such request.
